Use notifications, news and feedback
Track account activity, read product updates and send feedback without leaving the screen you are using.
The Feedback, News and Notifications rows near the bottom of the sidebar help you stay informed and contact MailGraf without leaving your account. Each one has a distinct purpose.
Keep up with notifications
Notifications covers account-specific activity such as import and export results, list checks, validation, campaign sends, payments, plan limits, API keys and sending safety. A red indicator and count appear beside the bell when something is unread.
Select the bell to open recent items. Filter them by All, Delivery, Contacts, Billing, Account or Lifecycle. When a notification has an action, its link takes you directly to the relevant screen.
Choose View all notifications for the complete history. The full page summarises Unread, Today and Needs attention, supports pagination and includes Mark all read.
Read product news
News shares new features, product improvements, blog content and practical tips. A blue indicator appears beside the megaphone when there is an update you have not seen. Opening the panel marks the news published so far as seen and clears the indicator.
Read recent items in the panel or choose View all news. On the full page, filter by New feature, Improvement, Blog or Tip. When an item has a supporting resource, Read more opens it in a new tab.
Send feedback
Feedback opens a window over the page you are using, so you can send a message without losing your place.

Clear the contact checkbox if you do not want a reply by email. After Send feedback, MailGraf shows a reference number you can use for follow-up.
Review the details included with your message
Details included with your message explains the context that helps us identify the account and reproduce what happened. It shows the account, signed-in email, plan, current page, browser and interface language. MailGraf also adds the app version, device type and account role automatically.
You can expand and review the visible context before sending. Permission to contact you is a separate choice; clearing it does not stop the feedback from being submitted.
When capturing a screenshot
Your browser asks which window you want to share. MailGraf adds only the single frame you approve to the feedback.
