Reports brings account-wide sending and audience results into one place. Choose a date range and the tab that matches the question you want to answer.

Choose a date range

Use the menu at the top right to choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Last 180 days. MailGraf filters activity that happened over time to this range.

Figures that describe the current state ignore the range. These include current contact totals, sending domain status and block list inventory. Each report identifies this distinction where it matters.

Open the right tab

  • Overview summarises emails sent and delivered, unique opens and clicks, bounces, unsubscribes and complaints. It also shows sending activity, recent campaigns and provider performance.
  • Campaigns compares sent campaigns. Select one to see how its audience was filtered and review the results collected so far.
  • Deliverability covers delivery health, provider results, domain status, bounce reasons and block list inventory.
  • Audience shows total and sendable contacts, audience growth, engagement temperature, consent quality and acquisition channels.
  • Validation explains address-checking results and invalid addresses blocked before sending. You can also start a bulk check for a list here.

Review items that need attention

The Needs attention section under Overview lists rule-based conditions that may require action. A sending pause, incomplete domain setup or contacts without recent engagement can appear here.

Follow the action shown for the specific condition. A domain warning opens domain settings while an engagement warning can lead to a new segment.

Open data

Privacy proxies can open emails before a recipient reads them. Consider clicks alongside opens when judging campaign interest.

Frequently asked questions

Which reports use the selected date range?

The range filters sending and audience activity from that period. Stock values such as current contact counts, domain status and block list inventory ignore the range.

Why are opens less reliable than clicks?

Some inbox providers open emails automatically for privacy. MailGraf cannot always separate those opens from human activity.

Where can I see the details for one campaign?

Select a campaign under Campaigns, then use Open full report.
