Reuse saved blocks

Save the header, button or content row you use again and again. You do not rebuild the same piece in the next email; you add it from the list and edit it.

Save a row or block

1. In the editor, select the row or block you want to save

   A toolbar appears above the selected item.

2. Click the star icon in the toolbar

   The icon is called Add to saved blocks. With a row selected the Save row window opens; with a block selected, Save block.

3. Type a short name in the Name field

   Pick a name your team will recognise, such as "Header with logo".

4. Click Save

   The item is now available in every email in your account.

Add a saved item to a design

1. In the editor, click the Saved icon on the left

   Your saved items are listed with previews. The search field at the top searches by name; All, Rows and Blocks filter by type.

2. Drag the card onto the email and drop it

   Instead of dragging, you can click Add on the card; the item is placed below whatever is selected.

The piece you add is that design's own copy. Changing the copy does not change the saved item, and changing the saved item does not change the copy.

Manage saved items

The More actions menu on a saved item's card has three options:

• Rename changes the item's name.
• Replace with selection swaps the item's content for whatever is selected in the email. Select a row to update a saved row, and a block to update a saved block.
• Delete removes the item from the list. Emails that already use it do not change.

Use the Sort menu to order the list by Recently added, Recently used or Name A-Z. To see, rename or delete all saved items without opening the editor, use the Saved blocks page.
