Reuse saved blocks
Save rows and blocks from the email editor, manage them and add them to other designs.
Save headers, buttons or content rows that you expect to use again. You can then add the same piece to another email without rebuilding it.
Save a row or block
Select an item in the email editor
You can select a complete row or one block inside a row.Click Save section or Save block
The relevant star action appears in the selected item's toolbar.Enter a Name
Use a short name that will help you recognise the item later.Click Save
MailGraf adds the item to the Saved blocks panel.
If a related item already exists, select it from the list. Overwrite replaces its saved content. Save as copy keeps both versions.
Add the item to a design
Open Saved blocks from the left rail in the email editor. Items are grouped into Rows and Blocks. Search, type filters and sorting help you find the right one.
Drag the card onto the canvas. A saved row sits between rows while a saved block goes inside a column. The item placed on the canvas becomes an independent copy.
Manage saved items
Open the Saved blocks page to preview, rename or delete an item. Deleting a saved item does not remove it from designs that already use it.
Independent copies
A saved item and the copy placed in a design are separate. Changes to one do not update the other.
Frequently asked questions
Does changing a saved item update earlier designs?
No. A row or block added to a design is its own copy. Later changes to the saved item do not alter that design.
How many rows or blocks can I save?
An account can hold up to 100 saved items. Delete an older item before saving another when you reach the limit.
Can I edit a saved block directly?
No. Add it to a design, make your changes and save it as a new copy or overwrite the earlier item.
