Use the media library
Upload images and files, organise them in folders and reuse them across your MailGraf content.
Media keeps the images and documents used across your MailGraf content in one place. Choose an existing item when you want to use the same file again.
Upload files
Open Media and click Upload
You can also drag files into the upload area.Choose the files to upload
MailGraf accepts JPEG, PNG, GIF and WebP images. You can also upload PDF, ZIP, CSV, Excel and Word files.Choose an image version
When an image can be reduced by a useful amount, MailGraf compares the Original and Optimized versions. Pick the version you want to keep.
Each upload can contain up to 20 files. The limit for each file is 10 MB. Your remaining storage appears near the top of the page.
Organise your library
Click New folder to group files by subject or campaign. Open a file's details to rename it, move it to a folder or create a copy.
Search, type filters and sorting help you find an item in a larger library. You can also switch between Grid view and List view.
Reuse a file
Open Choose from Media in the email editor or logo picker. Select an existing item instead of uploading it again.
To use the file elsewhere, open its details and click Copy link. Click Open to view the published file in a new tab.
Before deleting
Deleting a file used in a sent email may leave a broken image or link in that email.
Frequently asked questions
How many files can I upload at once?
You can upload up to 20 files at once. Each file can be up to 10 MB.
Does deleting a folder also delete its files?
No. MailGraf deletes the folder but keeps its files and moves them out of the folder.
What happens if I delete a file that is already in use?
Sent emails that use the file may show a broken image or link. Check where the file is used before deleting it.
