Read a campaign report

Review a campaign's overall results, click map, technology breakdown and locations.

Updated 3 Sept 2026Open Reports in app

A campaign report shows how the send reached your audience and what recipients did next. MailGraf continues to collect results after the campaign goes out.

Select the campaign

  1. Open Campaigns under Reports

The date range at the top limits the list to campaigns sent during that period.
  2. Click a campaign row

The side panel shows how the audience was filtered at send time and the results collected so far.
  3. Click Open full report

The detailed report opens with Overview, Click map, Technology and Locations tabs.

You can reach the same detailed report by clicking a sent campaign's name on the Campaigns page.

Compare the main results

The report header shows the send date, sender, recipient count and essential delivery details. Four cards below it summarise Opens, Clicks, Bounced and Unsubscribes. Spam complaints appear separately within the unsubscribe card.

Delivery funnel follows the path from sent to delivered, opened and clicked. Addresses excluded by pre-send validation do not count as recipients or bounces.

Select a figure within a metric to list the matching contacts. You can search the list, separate hard and soft bounces or use Download Excel to export the complete list as CSV.

Review the overview

Opens and clicks over time uses hourly points for the first 48 hours, then daily points. Link performance compares unique and total clicks for each link.

MailGraf removes clicks caused by automated security scans. Opens can still be affected by privacy proxies, so give clicks more weight when judging genuine interest.

Why they unsubscribed groups the reasons and comments left by recipients. If someone chose Never signed up, review how those contacts entered your account before the next send.

Use the click map

Click map opens the email design that was sent and places each link's engagement over the design. Switch between Desktop, Small mobile (375px) and Big mobile (430px), then choose Unique clicks or Total clicks.

Select a link to see its rank, share of clicks, first and last click, and device split. Use View clickers to open the contact list or download a CSV file. Links with no clicks have a dashed outline, and automated clicks from security scanners are not counted.

Review technology and locations

Technology groups opens or clicks under Devices, Email clients, Browsers and Operating systems. Each row shows its share and contact count. Select a row to view the contacts or download a CSV file.

Locations plots recipients, unique opens or unique clicks on a world map. Review the leading countries and cities, then select a country to open its contact list.

Privacy-related limitations

Some privacy features can hide the actual device, browser, operating system or city behind an open. Those opens may appear as unknown. Click data is a stronger reflection of genuine engagement.

Refresh or share the report

Click Refresh to load the latest results. To share the report outside your account, click Share report. MailGraf copies the sharing link to your clipboard.

Public report link

Anyone who has the report link can open it. Share it only with people who should see the results.
