Compare the main results
The cards at the top show recipients, delivered messages, bounces, opens, clicks and unsubscribes. The text below each rate identifies whether it uses recipients or delivered messages as its base.
Delivery funnel follows the path from sent to delivered, opened and clicked. Addresses excluded by pre-send validation do not count as recipients or bounces.
Click a metric card to list the matching contacts. You can search the list, separate hard and soft bounces or click Download Excel to export the complete list as CSV.
Review engagement
Opens and clicks over time uses hourly points for the first 48 hours, then daily points. Link performance compares unique and total clicks for each link.
MailGraf removes clicks caused by automated security scans. Opens can still be affected by privacy proxies, so give clicks more weight when judging genuine interest.
Why they unsubscribed groups the reasons and comments left by recipients. If someone chose Never signed up, review how those contacts entered your account before the next send.
