Create a form
Choose a purpose and target list, arrange the fields and prepare your form for publishing.
Forms collect newsletter subscriptions or enquiries from your visitors. Each form has its own design and sends confirmed contacts to a target list.

Set the fields and consent
Select the form box on the canvas. The Audience & Data tab groups the target list, tags and fields in one panel.
The email field is already present under Data. Click Add field to collect a first name, last name, country or one of your custom fields. Turn on Required for information that visitors must provide.
Double opt-in always applies to Newsletter signup forms. A contact joins the target list only after using the link in the confirmation email. Lead capture saves the enquiry straight away. If the visitor gives marketing consent, MailGraf also starts double opt-in.
Finish the design
Use Blocks to add headings, text, images and dividers. Selecting an item opens its content and appearance controls in the left panel. Form colours and spacing sit under Styles.
MailGraf saves changes while you work. Click Preview to check desktop and mobile layouts. Continue with Publish and share a form when the design is ready.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change the target list later?
Yes. Select the form box in the editor, then choose another list under Audience & Data.
How do newsletter signup and lead capture differ?
Newsletter signup always uses double opt-in. Lead capture saves the response at once and starts confirmation when marketing consent is given.
Can I publish a form without a target list?
No. MailGraf requires a target list before the form can be published.
