Manage brand settings

Set the logo, colours, typography and button styles used by new email designs.

Updated 23 Aug 2026Open Brand settings in app

Brand settings give new email designs a consistent starting point. Set the main visual choices once instead of rebuilding them for every campaign.

Choose your logo and colours

  1. Open Brand settings

The Live preview on the right reflects your changes as you work.
  2. Click Choose logo from Media

Select a logo from your media library. You can change or remove it later.
  3. Click Add colour

Add the colours you use most often. The palette holds up to 20 colours.

Your brand palette becomes available in colour pickers across the email editor.

Set typography and backgrounds

Use Typography to choose separate heading and body fonts. The same section holds colours for headings, body text and links.

Under Backgrounds, Content background sits behind the email body. Outer background fills the area around it.

Style buttons and spacing

Use Buttons to set the background and text colours for primary and secondary buttons. Corner rounding controls the shape of their corners.

Set the vertical and horizontal spacing for new blocks under Block padding. The preview shows how these choices work together.

Click Add social link and choose a platform. Enter the full address in Profile or page URL, starting with https://. You can add up to 10 social links.

MailGraf saves each valid change. The Changes saved status at the top confirms that the latest update is stored.

New designs only

Brand settings apply to new email designs. Designs you created earlier remain unchanged.
