Manage your plan and credits

Open Settings > Billing and choose Plan and credits. This tab brings together your current plan, credit balances and available purchase options.

Check your plan and usage

Under My plan, review your plan name, purchased add-ons and verification credits. Services with an end date show it on their cards.

Each Send credits card shows how many credits you have used out of the total allowance. The difference is your remaining allowance. If you have several allowances, check the usage and expiry date on each card.

Yearly volume packages include sending credits valid for 12 months. If you use a contact-based plan, follow the contact limit and sending allowance shown for that plan.

Email verification credits are used to check email addresses and clean your lists. They are separate from the credits used to send emails. Once you have purchased verification credits, My plan shows your remaining balance and any expiry date.

Buy a package

You can find your current plan under My plan in the Plan and credits tab. To buy a new package, choose the annual sending allowance and plan you need.

1. Choose your sending allowance

   Choose a volume that suits your annual sending needs.

2. Compare Starter and Pro

   Check the included features and the total yearly price shown on each card.

3. Click Buy now

   The purchase page opens with your package and price. Your billing details come from your company information. Complete anything that is missing and add a phone number.

4. Click Continue to payment

   Confirm that you are buying for your business and accept the terms, then pay by card. Your dashboard opens as soon as your package is active.

If you chose a package on our pricing page before you signed up, the purchase page opens straight after you verify your email. To start with a free trial instead, click Try it free for 14 days first on that page.

Upgrade from Starter to Pro

If you have a Starter package, the Plan and credits tab shows an Upgrade to Pro card. It shows the difference you pay for the months left on your package and the features Pro adds.

Click Upgrade now and pay by card. Pro features open as soon as your payment is complete. Your sending credits and expiry date stay the same, and your package renews at the Pro price.

What happens when your annual allowance runs out?

Buy a new annual volume package to continue sending. If you use Starter, you can buy another Starter package or choose Pro for more features.

Your new package is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Once your payment is complete, you can start using your purchased plan and sending allowance.
