Manage your plan and credits
Check your plan, sending allowance and verification balance, buy credits and request an upgrade to Pro.
Open Settings > Billing and choose Plan and credits. This tab brings together your current plan, credit balances and available purchase options.
Check your plan and usage
Under My plan, review your plan name, purchased add-ons and verification credits. Services with an end date show it on their cards.
Each Send credits card shows how many credits you have used out of the total allowance. The difference is your remaining allowance. If you have several allowances, check the usage and expiry date on each card.
Yearly volume packages include sending credits valid for 12 months. If you use a contact-based plan, follow the contact limit and sending allowance shown for that plan.
Email verification credits pay for technical checks on email addresses. They are separate from the credits used to send emails. Once you have purchased verification credits, My plan shows your remaining balance and any expiry date.
Buy a package
If your account has no plan and yearly volume packages are available, you will see Packages. An account with a volume package shows its existing plan instead. Add-ons and credit purchases remain available in the same tab.
Choose your yearly allowance
Under Packages, use the Package selector to choose a sending volume.Compare Starter and Pro
Check the included features and the total yearly price shown on each card.Click Buy now
Review the order in the checkout panel. Complete any missing billing details and confirm that you are buying for your business and accept the terms.Click Continue to payment
Complete the payment, then check your plan and sending allowance in Plan and credits.
If the card says Request this plan, clicking it sends a request rather than opening checkout. Contact-based plans use subscriber tiers and billing periods. Follow the choices shown for your account.
For billing details and payment records, see Manage company and billing details.
Add more credits
In the same tab, choose an amount under Send top-ups or Email verification credits. If online payments are enabled, checkout opens. Otherwise, MailGraf sends a request for the amount you selected.
Top-ups expire after 30 days
Send top-ups are valid for 30 days from purchase. MailGraf uses the sending credits that expire first. Top-ups expire independently of your yearly package.
Verification credits show their own expiry date. Check the remaining balance and expiry on their card before using them.
Request an upgrade to Pro
If your volume package shows an Upgrade to Pro card, review the features and the quoted charge for the remaining term. Click Send request to ask for the upgrade.
Submitting the request does not change your plan or take payment immediately. Renewals use the Pro price. If there is no upgrade card, use the contact link at the bottom of the page to discuss a plan change.
When credits run out or expire
If you are running out of sending credits, review Send top-ups. If your package is approaching its end date, contact support about renewal. Sending and verification credits cannot be used after they expire, even if some remain unused.
If your plan appears but its sending allowance is missing, check the notice on the page. Contact support if the allowance still does not appear.
For the features included in each package, see Compare plan allowances.
Frequently asked questions
Why does MailGraf count subscribers on an unlimited plan?
The counter still shows how many subscribers you have. Unlimited beside the count means your account has no contact limit.
Will I be charged when I request Pro?
No. Send request submits an upgrade request. Payment and the plan change are arranged after your request has been reviewed.
