Quick start with MailGraf
Set up your account, add your contacts and send your first email campaign in five steps.
Follow these five steps to prepare your account and send your first email campaign. Each step links to a guide if you need more detail.
1. Prepare your account
If you have a paid account, complete your company details under Settings > Billing first. Company details are not a sending prerequisite during the 14-day trial. Then set up your sender address under Settings > Senders; choosing a domain provided by MailGraf means you do not need to configure technical records.

2. Add your contacts
Create a list for people who have agreed to receive your emails. Upload their addresses from a CSV file or add them by hand, then check the result.
3. Prepare your email
Open Campaigns > New campaign. Enter your sender details and subject line, then choose your recipient list. Pick a template and replace its text, images and links with your own content.
4. Check and send
Send yourself a test email first and check the content and links. If list cleaning is required, complete it first. If your account is under review, wait for the result. Once the checks are complete, click Send campaign and confirm.
Verify and clean your email list
5. View the results
Open your sent campaign from Campaigns. Check how many emails were delivered, opened and clicked. Review any bounces or spam complaints before your next send.
