Create and publish a page

MailGraf pages are standalone landing pages for campaigns, signups or product launches. Each page publishes at its own address and brings visit data into MailGraf.

Create the draft

1. Open Pages and click New page

   Pages sits under Growth in the left menu. The New page page opens.

2. Write your brand on your first page

   On your first page, the First, your pages address box appears. Write your brand as one word or with hyphens, for example levant or levant-antika. When the line below says the address is available, click Save address. All your pages are published under this address, for example levant-antika.pagegraf.com/summer-sale. The address is set once and can't be changed later; the account owner or an admin saves it. A name that looks like your email address, such as ali-gmail-com, isn't accepted.

3. Enter a Page name

   Use a short name that matches the campaign or content.

4. Choose the Page address, Page language and List

   The Page address is made from the name; you can change it now or later. New contacts from the form on the page join the list you choose.

5. Click Create page

   Pick a starting design on the right first. MailGraf creates the draft and opens the studio.

Design the content

Use the Sections icon on the left to add an empty section with 1, 2, 3 or 4 columns, or one of the Pre-made sections. Drag blocks from the Content icon, such as headings, images, carousels and price cards, into the columns; select them on the page to edit them.

To collect signups, add a Form block from the Conversion group. A page can have one form; its list is chosen in the block's panel, and the form appears in the Forms list as In page. To show a section only to certain visitors, select the section and choose Visitors matching a condition under Show to. You build the condition on country, list, tag or segment; a section with an incomplete condition stops the page from being published. A visitor is recognised when they open the page from a MailGraf email or have signed up through a form on one of your pages in that browser. Visitors we do not recognise sets whether unrecognised visitors see the section.

MailGraf saves changes while you work, and the top bar shows Saved. Use Desktop and Mobile to check both layouts.

Set the address and sharing details

Click the Page settings icon on the left.

• Address under Page address is the last part of the address; use lowercase letters, numbers and dashes.
• Search and sharing contains Page title, Description, Show in search results and Share image.
• Browser tab icon shows in the browser tab next to the page title.
• Header and footer come from your account: the logo in the header from Brand settings, and the company name, address and privacy link in the footer from Company information.

Publish the page

Click Preview in the top bar and check the final layout. If the page is empty or a section has an incomplete condition, fix that first.

If your pages address isn't chosen yet, the page can't be published; MailGraf takes you to Page settings, where you choose the address in the First, your pages address box. Click Publish to open Publish this page?; once you confirm, the page goes live at its address. Later changes do not reach the live page until you click Publish changes. To get the page link, click Share in the top bar. To close the page, open the three-dot menu in the Pages list and choose Archive; its address stops working.
