Schedule a campaign
Pick the date and time for a send and let MailGraf send it for you.
Scheduling lets you finish a campaign now and send it at the time you choose. While a campaign is scheduled its content is locked, so check the email and the audience before you confirm.
Before you start
What a campaign needs
A subject line, a verified sender and at least one list, segment or tag. The Review & Send step shows what is missing.
Schedule the send
Open the campaign
Go to Campaigns and open the draft you want to schedule.Choose Schedule in the Review & Send step
Under When should this send?, pick Schedule instead of Send now.Pick the date, time and time zone
Choose when the send should start. A Recipient time zone field appears; the time you enter is read in that zone, and MailGraf shows your time next to it if your own zone is different.Click Schedule campaign and confirm
The Schedule this campaign? dialog repeats the sender, subject, send time and recipient count. Confirm, and the campaign is scheduled.Check the Scheduled tab
The campaign shows a This campaign is scheduled banner with the send time and appears under Campaigns > Scheduled.
Need to change something?
Click Unschedule in the banner. The campaign returns to draft; edit it and schedule it once more.
Frequently asked questions
Can I edit a campaign after scheduling it?
Not while it is scheduled. Click Unschedule first. Once the campaign is back in draft, edit it and schedule it again.
What happens if I unschedule?
Nothing is sent. The campaign returns to draft with its content intact.
Where do I see scheduled campaigns?
In Campaigns, open the Scheduled tab.
