When your trial ends: the free Forever plan
If your 14-day trial ends before you choose a plan, your account moves to the free Forever plan and you keep sending. See the limits, what is included and how to choose a plan.
You try MailGraf for 14 days with the features of the Pro plan. The trial starts on the day you verify your email address. If you have not chosen a plan by the time it ends, your account moves to the free Forever plan. Your account is not locked and you keep sending.
What happens when the trial ends
- You get a reminder email 7 days and 3 days before the end.
- On the day the trial ends, you get an email with the subject Your MailGraf trial has ended.
- Settings > Billing > Plan and credits shows Forever.

You can send campaigns and keep one automation live. Your monthly allowance renews on the same day each month, counted from the day you moved to Forever. If you reach the daily limit, the rest of the send continues the next day. Once you reach 250 contacts, no new contacts are added. Deleting contacts does not free up space; people who unsubscribe are taken off the count.
Signup forms, pop-ups, A/B testing, API keys, device and location reports, list cleaning, GrafAI credits and the other plan features are on paid plans.
Before you send, you are asked to complete your company details. By law, commercial emails must show the sender's company details in the footer.
Example: a café set up a welcome automation for its list of 180 people during the trial. When the trial ends, the automation keeps running and the café sends one campaign a month to those 180 people. When the list grows past 250, the café chooses a plan.

Enter your billing details first, then pay by card. Once the payment goes through, your plan's limits and features open straight away.
Forever is never charged automatically
No card is needed for the trial or for Forever. Nothing is charged until you choose a plan.

Does the Forever plan cost anything?
No. Forever is free with no time limit. No card is needed and nothing is charged until you choose a plan.
Is my data deleted when the trial ends?
No. Your contacts, lists, campaigns and reports stay in your account. When you choose a plan, you carry on where you left off.
Who counts towards the 250 contacts?
Every contact you add to your account counts, minus people who unsubscribe. Deleting contacts does not free up space.
