Clean your list before you send
Upload your list to identify invalid and risky email addresses. See the result and reason for each address, then download your results. No subscription required. You won’t be charged for unknown results.
No credit card needed to create an account.
A reason behind every result
See why an address is flagged, so you can decide which contacts to keep in your next send.
No charge for unknown results
If a check cannot reach a conclusion, you won’t be charged. Existing results that can be reused are also free.
Invalid addresses stay out
When you send with MailGraf, addresses on your block list are automatically excluded from campaigns.
How it works
From a raw list to a clean one in three steps
Features
What we check on every address
Syntax and format
Checks for missing parts and invalid characters in the email address.
Domain and mail server
Whether the domain exists and has a mail server (MX) that receives email.
Mailbox check
Checks whether the mailbox accepts email without sending a message.
Catch-all domains
Domains that accept any address are marked risky, because the mailbox cannot be confirmed.
Disposable addresses
Temporary email addresses are identified and excluded from sending by default.
Role-based addresses
Addresses such as postmaster@ and noreply@ are excluded from sending. Shared inboxes such as info@ are labelled and retained.
Spam traps
Known trap addresses that damage sender reputation are flagged before you send.
Duplicates and formatting
Duplicate rows are merged and common formatting mistakes are repaired at import.

Buy the credits you need
One credit checks one address. Use your credits in your account for 12 months. No paid email marketing plan required.
- Unknown results do not use credits.
Results
Understand your results
Each address falls into one of four groups. See what each result means and how to act on it.
The mail server confirmed that the mailbox exists and accepts email.
Send.
A catch-all domain, a disposable mailbox or a known spam trap. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Review the risk reason. Spam traps and disposable addresses are excluded from sending by default.
No mail server for the domain, the mailbox is disabled or the address is malformed.
Do not send. MailGraf adds it to your block list.
The mail server did not answer in time or blocks checks.
Check again later. No credit is used.
See the result and the reason for each address
Review each address and its risk reason before deciding what to send. A catch-all result does not necessarily mean an address is invalid, but it does mean the individual mailbox could not be verified.
- The reason behind every result
- Results CSV with a reason column
- Unknown results can be checked again later
Protection at the moment of sending
Lists change over time. When you send with MailGraf, addresses on your block list are excluded automatically. A sample-based bounce test also helps assess the risk of emails being returned undelivered; it does not replace a full list check.
- Block list is applied to every campaign
- Sample-based bounce risk assessment
- Verification results in your reports
