Use the All contacts screen

Contacts > All contacts shows every contact in your account. You can search, filter and sort the table, then apply an action to several contacts at once. Click a row to open that contact's details. See Read a contact profile for a guide to the profile page.

The counters at the top are filters

Five quick filters appear above the table: Total, Active, Unsubscribed, Blocked and Sendable. Click a filter to show only the contacts in that group. Click Total to return to the full list.

Sendable includes contacts whose status is Active and who are not on the block list. Campaigns are sent only to contacts who meet both conditions. Choosing a quick filter does not change the other four counts. Searching or filtering by tag recalculates all five counts for the new results.

Search, filter and sort

• Search by email or name narrows the results as you type. It also treats the Turkish dotted and dotless i as the same letter.
• All tags shows contacts with a particular tag. This filter appears after you create your first tag.
• All temps offers Hot, Warming, Cooling, Cold and New. The temperature summarises how recently the contact opened your emails or clicked a link in them.
• The date box, from Any time and Today to Year to date, filters by the date the contact was added.
• Sort by Newest, Oldest, Recently updated, Engagement high-low or Name A-Z.
• Columns lets you choose which columns to display and arrange their order. MailGraf remembers your choices in the current browser.

What the columns mean

Column	Meaning
Contact	Shows the contact's name with their email address underneath. Click the row to open the profile.
Status	Active, Inactive, Unsubscribed, Bounced or Complained. A contact on the block list also carries a red Blocked badge.
Temperature	One of the five levels above. A dash appears if it has not yet been calculated.
Engagement	The engagement score from 0 to 100. A dash appears if the contact has not yet received an email.
Last activity	The most recent recorded action for this contact.
Added	When the contact joined your account.

Source, Country and Updated are hidden by default. Turn them on under Columns.

Act on many contacts at once

Tick the boxes at the start of the rows. A bar appears at the bottom of the page showing how many contacts you selected. Use its Contact actions menu to start a bulk action:

• Add to list puts the selection into a list.
• Add tag applies an existing tag or creates a new one.
• Change status sets the selected contacts to Active or Inactive. Block adds them to the block list. If your selection includes a blocked contact, Remove from block list also appears. Contacts who have unsubscribed, bounced or complained keep their existing status. MailGraf reports how many contacts it skipped.
• Delete removes the selected contacts after a confirmation.

To unsubscribe someone, open their profile and choose Unsubscribe from Contact actions. This action is available for one contact at a time.
