Get subject line and preview text ideas

GrafAI suggests a subject line and preview text together, as a pair. It works from your email, or from a short description if the email is not written yet. Your fields do not change until you click Use.

Get ideas

1. Click Suggest both on the Setup step

   It is in the heading of the Subject and preview text card and shows its cost: 2 credits for both fields.

2. If the email is still empty, describe it

   The panel says “Your email has no content yet. Tell GrafAI what it is about.” Type at least 10 characters, for example “autumn sale, 20% off all ceramics until Sunday”, then click Suggest. No credits are used until you click it.

3. Click Use next to the idea you like

   Each idea is a subject line with its preview text and their character counts. Use fills both fields at once and the row shows In use. To take it back, click Undo in the message that appears.

If you named the email campaign yourself, Use the campaign name appears in the panel, above the ideas. It makes the name your subject line and uses no additional credit. The request that opens the panel costs 2 credits.

If none of the ideas fits, Try again at the bottom of the list asks for new ones for 2 more credits. To see where credits come from, read Use GrafAI and credits.

What the ideas are based on

Ideas come from the email's content, or from what you type when the email is empty. The line above the ideas shows the source: Based on your email or Based on what you wrote.

Ideas are written in the Email language you chose on the Sender and language card, and they contain no personalisation tags. GrafAI also reads the from name and what is in the two fields. Contact names, email addresses and list names are not sent.
