Publish and share a form
Publish your form, copy its share link or place it directly inside your website.
You can share a form on its hosted page or place it inside your own website. Both methods use the same fields, design and target list.
Publish the form
Check the design, fields and target list before the first publish. MailGraf will not publish a form without a target list.
Open the three-dot menu on Forms
Find the form you want to share, then click Edit form.Click Preview
Check the desktop and mobile layouts. Return to the editor if anything needs changing.Click Publish
MailGraf saves the latest changes and sets the form status to Published.
The form now carries a Published status on the Forms screen. Use Unpublish from its three-dot menu when you need to take it offline.
Copy the share link
Select the form box in the editor and open Share & Embed. The Share link opens the form on a page hosted by MailGraf.
Click Copy link, then add the address to your website, social profile or direct message. A draft form does not open through this link.
Embed the form
Find Embed code in the same panel and click Copy code. The snippet has two lines. Add both to your website, placing the div where the form should appear.
Visitors can submit the published form without leaving your page. New responses appear under Recent form responses on Forms. Newsletter sign-ups show confirmation states such as Awaiting confirmation, Confirmed, Confirmation expired and Confirmation email bounced.
One form, two channels
The hosted link and embedded version use the same form record. Changes to its fields or design appear in both places.
