Your profile follows you across the MailGraf accounts you can access. It holds your name and interface language wherever you sign in. You do not need to repeat these choices when you switch accounts.

Update your profile

  1. Open My profile

Open the user menu at the bottom left and click My profile.
  2. Edit your personal details

Enter your First name and Last name. Both fields are required.
  3. Choose the interface language

Select English or Türkçe under Interface language.
  4. Click Save

MailGraf stores the changes. The app switches to the language you selected.

Your email address, account role and account dates appear under Account and access. You cannot edit them in the profile form.

Change your password

  1. Click Manage password and security

    MailGraf opens the Security page.
  2. Complete the password fields

Enter your Current password, New password and Confirm new password.
  3. Click Change password

If the new passwords match, MailGraf saves the change and signs out every other device.

An error appears below the relevant field when the current password is wrong or the new passwords differ. Correct the entry and try again.

Review security activity

Security activity lists your recent successful sign-ins and password changes. Change your password if you see a sign-in you do not recognise.

Two-factor authentication

The Two-factor authentication card is informational. The feature cannot be enabled in MailGraf.
