Compare plan allowances

Compare Starter and Pro allowances for users, automations, forms and reports, and understand annual sending credits.

Updated 25 Sept 2026Open Billing in app

Choosing a package involves two decisions: how many emails you need to send and which features you need. Annual volume sets your sending allowance. Starter or Pro determines your access to users, automations and reports.

Check your current plan first

Open Settings > Billing > Plan and credits. Under My plan, check your plan and purchased services. The sending credit cards show usage and expiry dates.

The table below compares the current Starter and Pro volume packages. Older contact-based plans, legacy volume plans and accounts with a custom agreement may have different allowances. Use the plan and services shown in your account as your reference.

Clicks identified as bot activity are filtered on both plans. Pro adds the detailed report of those clicks. Report history is not shortened according to your plan.

Paid packages include image optimisation and removal of the MailGraf badge at send time. Trial and expired accounts retain the badge. The unsubscribe link and required footer remain when the badge is removed.

Understand how limits are counted

Invitations that have not been accepted still count towards the user limit. Once it is reached, remove a user or change your plan before sending another invitation. See Manage users and roles for the steps.

The automation limit counts active and paused flows together. Pausing a flow does not free a place, but stopping it does. A new version of the same flow does not use another place. Create an automation explains how to activate a flow.

Forms, landing pages and popups have separate allowances. For example, the form included with Starter does not provide a popup allowance. Starter requires a popup add-on.

Separate sending and verification credits

The sending allowance in an annual volume package is valid for 12 months. Unlimited contacts do not increase that allowance. Email verification credits pay for address checks and are separate from sending credits.

Extra credit expiry

Extra sending credits are valid for 30 days from purchase. Sending uses the allowance with the nearest expiry date first. Check the expiry dates for your package and extra credits separately.

Request more features

If Upgrade to Pro appears under Plan and credits, review the price shown for the remaining package term and click Send request. Sending a request does not immediately take payment or change your plan. If the card is not shown, use the contact link on the page.

Upgrading to Pro opens technology and location results already collected. You do not need to send a new campaign to start reviewing them.

For purchases, extra credits and upgrades, follow Manage your plan and credits.

Frequently asked questions

Do unlimited contacts mean unlimited sending?

No. Annual volume packages do not limit your contact count, but the number of emails you can send depends on the sending allowance you buy.

Does pausing an automation free a place?

No. Active and paused flows count together. Stop a flow you no longer need to make room for another.

Can I see earlier report data after upgrading to Pro?

Yes. Technology and location data continue to be collected when those reports are unavailable on your plan. Pro access also opens the results already collected.
