The Campaigns screen

Find campaigns, compare sent campaigns and open individual or combined reports.

Updated 3 Sept 2026Open Campaigns in app

Campaigns gathers every campaign in one list: drafts, campaigns waiting for their date, campaigns sending right now and campaigns already sent. A new campaign starts with New campaign at the top right; the rest is in Create a campaign.

The tabs

There are four tabs, each with its count: All, Draft, Scheduled and Sent. Scheduled shows not only campaigns waiting for their date but also queued, sending and paused ones. On All, the All statuses box narrows the list to a single status.

Search, date and sort

Search campaigns looks in the campaign name. The date box offers Today, Week, Month, 3 months, 6 months, Year to date, Year, All time and Date range. It filters by send date on Sent and by creation date on the other tabs. Newest first on Sent also uses the send date.

Sort by Newest first, Name A-Z, Most recipients or Recently updated.

Compare sent campaigns

On Sent, five tiles sit above the table: Campaigns sent, Total recipients, Avg. open rate, Avg. click rate and Avg. unsub rate. The numbers cover every sent campaign in the current filter, not just the page on screen. The rates are divided by recipients.

To compare a specific selection, tick up to 50 sent campaigns and choose Report in the action bar below. Combined report compares each campaign's send date, recipients, deliveries, opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes and complaints. Total covers the whole selection; Average per campaign shows the average counts.

Select a campaign name in the combined report to open its detailed report. Closing it returns you to the comparison.

Details changes with the status: the last edit for a draft, the send time and the time left for a scheduled campaign, the wave progress while sending, and the recipient count and send time once sent. The status badges are Draft, Scheduled, Queued, Sending, Sent, Paused, Cancelled and Blocked.

Clicking a row opens the report for a sent campaign and the wizard for everything else.

The row menu

  • Draft: Rename, Duplicate, Delete.
  • Scheduled: Unschedule (the campaign returns to draft), Duplicate.
  • Queued or sending: Pause sending, Duplicate, Cancel sending. Cancelling stops the emails still in the queue; emails already sent stay in the report, and it cannot be undone.
  • Paused: Resume sending, Duplicate, Cancel sending.

On the Draft tab you can tick several drafts and remove them together with Delete drafts.

The report for one campaign

Select a sent campaign to open Overview, Click map, Technology and Locations. Four cards in Overview summarise Opens, Clicks, Bounced and Unsubscribes; spam complaints appear separately within the unsubscribe card.

Click map places link engagement over the email design, Technology provides device and software breakdowns, and Locations shows country and city distribution. See Read a campaign report for the full guide.

Frequently asked questions

How are the rates on the Sent tab worked out?

In the strip at the top, the open, click and unsubscribe rates are divided by recipients. In the table, the open and click percentages are divided by delivered, so the two places can differ slightly.

Can I delete a sent campaign?

No. Rename and Delete exist for drafts only. A sent campaign stays with its report; you can duplicate it instead.

What does the date box filter?

It filters by send date on Sent and by creation date on the other tabs.

How are combined report rates calculated?

MailGraf pools the events and relevant denominators from the selected campaigns. It does not take a simple average of campaign percentages.
