Monitor delivery health
Review bounce and complaint rates, provider results, sending domains and block list inventory.
The Deliverability report shows whether emails are reaching inboxes and highlights problems that can affect sender reputation. Review it regularly before your next campaign.
Read the delivery status
Delivery health shows Healthy, Under review or Paused. The same section gives your delivery, bounce and complaint rates.
MailGraf uses these thresholds:
- A 2% bounce rate produces a warning, 5% starts a review and 10% pauses sending.
- A 0.1% complaint rate starts a review and 0.5% pauses sending.
Reputation Guard pauses new sends when an account crosses a pause threshold. Find the source of the problem before sending another campaign.
Review providers and domains
Delivery rate by provider separates results for Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Yandex, iCloud and other providers. A drop at one provider can reveal an issue hidden by the account-wide average.
Sending domain health marks each domain as Ready, Pending, Failed or Expired. These values do not use the selected date range. Click Domain settings to finish setup or investigate a failure.
Investigate bounces
Bounce reasons separates causes such as a missing or full mailbox, an oversized message or rejected content. A hard bounce means you should not send to that address again. A soft bounce can come from a temporary condition such as a full mailbox.
MailGraf adds hard-bounced addresses to the block list automatically. Block list inventory separates records created by bounces, complaints, unsubscribes, manual blocks and erasure requests.
Complaint data
Complaint figures depend on feedback shared by the inbox provider. A low figure does not always mean that no complaints occurred.
