Import from Canva
Design in Canva, send with MailGraf
Download your email from Canva as HTML and images, drop the ZIP into MailGraf and send it to your contacts as an email campaign.
Works with the ZIP you download from Canva. No link to your Canva account needed.
Images hosted for you
Every image in the ZIP goes to your media library, and the email points at those copies, not at Canva.
Links that work
Canva's unsubscribe, profile and view in browser links become MailGraf links.
Checks before you send
Links without an address and images without a description are flagged before you use the email.
Update with a new ZIP
Changed it in Canva? Download it again and choose Change design. The new ZIP replaces the email in place.
How it works
From Canva to the inbox in four steps
Every image, filed where you can find it
MailGraf uploads the images from your ZIP and points the email at them. They sit in the Canva files group of your media library, one folder per import.
- A Canva files group in your media library
- One folder per import, named with the day and the campaign
- PNG, JPG, GIF and WebP, up to 10 MB each
Checks and alt text before it goes out
Email checks look for links without an address and images without a description. GrafAI can write the missing descriptions, and one click adds your company details to the footer.
- Empty links and missing alt text are flagged
- Suggest with GrafAI writes alt text, 1 credit per image
- Replace with your company details fills the legal address line

Something else? The help centre covers every step.
No. A Canva email opens in the code editor, where you can change its text, links and images, format the code and preview it. To build with blocks, start from a starter layout instead.
