When your trial ends: Explorer
If your 14-day trial ends before you choose a plan, your account becomes Explorer. See what still works, what stops and how to start sending again.
You can try MailGraf free for 14 days. The trial starts on the day you verify your email address. If you don't choose a plan before it ends, your account becomes Explorer: you can sign in, see your data and prepare drafts, but you can't send email.
What happens as the trial ends
- You get a reminder email 7 days and 3 days before the end.
- On the last day, you get an email with the subject Your MailGraf trial has ended.
- A banner across the app says Your trial has ended. Pick a plan to start sending. with a Choose a plan link.
- In Settings > Billing > Plan and credits, your plan shows as Explorer.
- The trial's send credits and GrafAI credits expire when the trial ends.
What works in Explorer

Live automations stay on but can't send email. A contact who reaches an email step waits about 18 hours, then that email is skipped and the contact moves on. Skipped emails are not sent later when you choose a plan.
The trial's contact limit still applies in Explorer. As a live form adds new contacts, you get closer to that limit.

Enter your billing details first, then pay by card. Once the payment goes through, sending and every feature in your plan turn on.
Explorer is free and never charges you
The trial asks for no card details. While you're on Explorer, nothing is charged until you choose a plan.
Frequently asked questions
Is my data deleted when I move to Explorer?
No. Your contacts, lists, campaigns and reports stay in your account. When you choose a plan, you carry on where you left off.
Is Explorer a plan?
No. Explorer is the status of an account whose trial has ended and which has not chosen a plan yet. It costs nothing and includes no sending.
Will my live form keep collecting contacts?
Yes. Live forms, popups and pages keep working and new contacts are added to your account. Publishing a new form, popup or page needs a plan.
