How it works
Know and manage your contacts in one place
Features
Tools to manage your contacts
Lists
Group contacts by campaign, customer type or any other purpose. The same person can belong to several lists.
Segments
Combine contact details and email activity to reach a more specific audience.
Contact profiles
See where someone signed up, their consent status and what they did with your emails in one place.
Import checks
Check a CSV file for invalid and duplicate addresses before adding contacts to a list.
Custom fields
Keep details such as company, city or customer type alongside each contact.
Tags
Mark contacts as VIP, event attendees or by interest, then find them when you need them.
Bulk actions
Add selected contacts to a list, tag them or update their fields together.
Unsubscribe reasons
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. If you wish, ask a short question to learn why someone is leaving.
See how your lists grow
See how the number of contacts in each list changes over time, how many are active and which forms bring in new people.
- Follow list growth over time
- See active and blocked contact counts
- Find which forms add people to a list
Keep a clear record of consent
When someone confirms through a sign-up form, their profile keeps the confirmation time, IP address, sign-up page and the text they agreed to. Contacts you add or import are shown separately as declared consent.
- Confirmed and declared consent shown separately
- Confirmation time, source page and agreed text on record
- Download or delete contact data when requested
Keep blocked addresses out of campaigns
Hard bounces, spam complaints and unsubscribes are added to the block list automatically. You can block an address yourself too. Someone who wants to receive emails again can return by confirming a new link.
- Hard bounces and complaints are blocked
- Unsubscribed contacts receive no campaigns
- Returning contacts confirm again
See who is ready to receive your emails
See your total contacts and the number you can email separately. Unsubscribed or inactive contacts, bounced or blocked addresses and spam complaints are excluded from the sendable count. A person on several lists still appears only once.
- Total contacts and sendable contacts shown separately
- Addresses you cannot email stay out of the sendable count
- One person appears once across all lists
“We migrated a 27k-contact list from Mailchimp and our open rates stayed exactly the same. The transition was smooth, support was hands-on, and our monthly bill dropped to a third of what we were paying. Honestly, we should have switched sooner.”
