Email verification
Catch bad addresses before they bounce
Run a free bounce test before a list's first send. Malformed entries are filtered at import; high risk calls for list cleaning. Known invalid addresses stay out of your sends.
14-day free trial. No credit card required.
Free test before the first send
Check a new list as you prepare its first campaign, and see the estimated bounce rate before you send.
Credits only for real cleaning
Addresses that already have a result are answered instantly, so cleaning credits go only to addresses that need a live check.
Invalid addresses stay out
Addresses found invalid go straight to your block list and are left out of every future campaign on their own.
How it works
Three steps to prepare your list for sending
Features
Everything that keeps bad addresses out
Disposable addresses and spam traps
Temporary inboxes and known spam traps are marked invalid and left out of your sends.
Catch-all domains
Domains that accept every address are marked risky. They are still sent to, but delivery is not guaranteed.
Role addresses
System addresses such as postmaster@ and noreply@ are stopped at import. Shared inboxes such as info@ are labelled.
Check one address
Check any contact from their profile. Addresses already known to MailGraf answer instantly without using a credit.
Cleaning history
Every cleaning run keeps its report: what was checked, what was found and how many credits it used.
Results in your reports
The Email verification tab in Reports shows checks, repairs and send-time blocks for any period.
A bounce estimate you can act on
The test looks only at recipients you have never emailed and who haven't confirmed through a form, so proven contacts aren't tested again. Each result comes with a clear next step: send, clean first, or leave the list out.
- Free, with no cleaning credits used
- Only new recipients are tested
- Cleaning is required when the test confirms bounce risk above 5%
See the result and reason for each address
Every checked address gets one plain result: valid, risky, invalid or unknown. Invalid addresses are left out of your sends. Risky ones are still sent, because a domain that accepts every address may still belong to a real person.
- The reason behind every result
- Invalid addresses go to your block list
- Unknown results can be checked again later
Protection at the moment of sending
New invalid addresses can slip in after a list is cleaned. When a campaign goes out, MailGraf leaves known invalid addresses out on its own, so they never bounce and never count against your bounce rate.
- Works on every campaign, with nothing to switch on
- Counted separately from bounces
- Shown per campaign in Reports
“The email delivery performance and the service truly surprised us. They cleaned our list before the first send, advised us on better subject lines, and optimized the visuals in our content. No one had told us these things before. It feels less like a SaaS tool and more like having an email expert on the team.”
