An approval you can read before anything goes out
Before a send, a schedule, an automation or a paid list clean, your assistant shows a summary of exactly what will happen. MailGraf acts only on your yes, and if anything changes after that, the approval no longer counts.

Your contact list stays in MailGraf
Your assistant works with list names, counts and results. It never pages through your contacts or exports them, and a bulk action runs on the MailGraf server, so only the totals come back to the chat.
