Brevo Pricing: Email Tiers, Contact Caps and the Free Plan
Brevo pricing depends on how many emails you send in a month. The free plan sends 300 a day, while Starter starts at $9 a month and Standard at $18, each for 5,000 emails. Professional starts at $499 for 150,000 emails, and Enterprise is priced on request.
Paying for a year takes 10% off. Your list size only moves the price on the three smallest tiers, where a low contact cap can push you up a tier.

Brevo, called Sendinblue until 2023, has five plans, and all but Enterprise have a published price. Prices in the table are each plan's lowest tier, as shown on Brevo's pricing page on 25 October 2026.

Enterprise adds custom sending volumes, unlimited contacts and unlimited users, with a price quoted by Brevo's sales team.
Brevo pricing in pounds is a separate list: Starter from £6 a month, Standard from £13 and Professional from £429. This article uses the dollar list throughout.
Brevo pricing by monthly email volume
On Starter and Standard you choose a monthly email volume, and that tier sets the price. Each tier is a ceiling, so a business sending 7,000 emails a month pays for the 10,000 tier.
| Emails a month | Contacts you can store | Starter | Standard |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5,000 | 500 | $9 | $18 |
| 10,000 | 1,500 | $17 | $35 |
| 15,000 | 2,500 | $25 | $49 |
| 20,000 | 500,000 | $32 | $69 |
| 30,000 | 500,000 | $39 | $79 |
| 40,000 | 500,000 | $46 | $89 |
| 50,000 | 500,000 | $56 | $97 |
| 60,000 | 500,000 | $65 | $104 |
| 80,000 | 500,000 | $74 | $119 |
| 100,000 | 500,000 | $82 | $139 |
The prices are per month on monthly billing. Starter stops at 100,000 emails, while Standard carries on: 150,000 emails cost $179 a month and 500,000 cost $429. Sending 10,000 emails a month costs $17 on Starter or $35 on Standard.
The volume covers campaigns and transactional emails together, as Brevo's plan builder labels it. A shop that sends order confirmations through Brevo draws them from that allowance.
Plan emails renew on your billing date each month. Unused ones expire, even on a yearly plan.
Brevo contact limits on the smallest tiers
On the 5,000, 10,000 and 15,000 tiers, the tier also limits how many contacts your account may hold: 500, 1,500 or 2,500. From 20,000 emails upwards, the cap is 500,000 on both Starter and Standard.
That can make list size the deciding cost. A business with 3,000 contacts that emails them once a month needs only 3,000 emails, yet the contact cap puts it on the 20,000 tier, at $32 a month on Starter.
When your list grows past the cap, Brevo sends warnings and then upgrades you to the next tier automatically, at that tier's price. Going down has the reverse rule: you can't pick a lower tier while you hold more contacts than it allows, so you delete contacts first.
People who unsubscribe or hard bounce stay in your account as blocklisted contacts. Brevo skips them when a campaign goes out, so they use none of your monthly emails. They still count towards your total contacts, though, so on a capped tier each unsubscribe brings the automatic upgrade closer.
What the Brevo free plan includes
Brevo's free plan has no time limit and needs no card. It sends 300 emails a day, stores up to 100,000 contacts and puts the "Sent with Brevo" sticker on every email.
The daily cap shapes campaigns more than the monthly total suggests. A campaign to more than 300 people reaches 300 on the day, and Brevo suspends the rest. You resume it by hand once every 24 hours, and you can't schedule the next day's batch while today's 300 are used up.
Unused sends don't roll over, so a 30-day month tops out at 9,000 emails. Automations are limited to 2,000 contacts, and the account to one user.
Starter or Standard: which Brevo plan fits
Starter suits one person sending newsletters who doesn't need testing or large automations. Standard adds unlimited automation, A/B testing, click heatmaps and AI send-time optimisation, and it drops the Brevo logo.
The logo changes the maths at the bottom tier. Starter's logo removal costs $12 a month, so at 5,000 emails Starter without the logo comes to $21, more than Standard's $18. From 10,000 emails up, Starter with the add-on is cheaper: $29 against $35.
When we checked, Brevo's help centre still listed the logo add-on at $9. The plan builder showed $12, and that is the figure used here.
Standard also includes one landing page and up to two extra users at $12 a month each. Pop-ups and WhatsApp campaigns start on Professional, at $499 a month.
Brevo add-ons and extra costs
Add-ons are billed on top of the plan and can't be refunded, according to Brevo's help centre. The prices below come from the same help centre and the pricing page.
| Add-on | Plans | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Remove the Brevo logo | Starter | $12 a month, or $10.80 a month billed yearly |
| Extra marketing user | Standard, up to 3 users in total | $12 a month per user |
| Extra marketing users | Professional, up to 100 users | $156.60 a month per pack of 5 |
| Prepaid email credits | All plans | From $32 for 5,000; they never expire |
| SMS credits | All plans | Priced by the recipient's country, from 100 credits |
| Sales Essentials | Starter and above | $31 a month, one seat included |
Prepaid email credits work as a backup on paid plans: Brevo uses your monthly plan emails first, then the prepaid ones. On Free, prepaid credits replace the 300-a-day allowance.
Sales Essentials belongs to Brevo's CRM tools, such as pipelines, deals and chat. An email-only business can leave it out.
Brevo pricing for a 5,000-contact list
A cinema in Truro with 5,000 contacts emails them four times a month: the monthly programme and three event announcements. That comes to 20,000 emails, the top of one Brevo tier.
| 5,000 contacts, 20,000 emails a month | Free | Starter | Standard |
|---|---|---|---|
| Covers the volume? | No: 9,000 at most in a 30-day month | Yes, 20,000 tier | Yes, 20,000 tier |
| Billed monthly | $0 | $32 a month | $69 a month |
| Billed yearly | $0 | $345 a year | $745 a year |
| Emails without the Brevo logo | Not available | $44 monthly, or $474.60 yearly | Included in the price above |
| A second user | Not available | Not available | Add $12 monthly |
| Contact cap at this tier | 100,000 | 500,000 | 500,000 |
| A fifth campaign (25,000 emails) | Not available | 30,000 tier: $39 monthly | 30,000 tier: $79 monthly |
We read these totals from Brevo's plan builder on 25 October 2026, set to that volume with monthly and then yearly billing. They match the Brevo pricing data published for each tier.
On the free plan, one campaign to the whole list would reach the last contact on day 17, after 16 manual resumes.
Starter's automation limit is the one to watch. Up to 2,000 unique contacts can enter its active automations, so a flow meant for every contact stops admitting people at 2,000.
A fifth campaign in a festival month takes the cinema to 25,000 emails. When plan emails run out, Brevo pauses the campaign until more emails arrive through prepaid credits or a higher tier, and a tier change is charged pro rata straight away.
Where MailGraf's monthly plan differs
On MailGraf, sending volume decides the price as well, but the smaller volumes carry no contact cap. The 3,000-contact list from the contact limits section needs 3,000 sends a month, which fits the 5K a month plan, sold yearly at $190. On Brevo Starter, the cap forces that list up to 20,000 emails, at $345 a year.
The cinema's month, festival included, fits the 25K plan at $59 a month or $590 a year. A/B testing, which Brevo keeps for Standard and above, comes with every MailGraf volume. As on Brevo, the allowance renews every month and unused emails don't carry over.
If you already know your Brevo tier, put the same monthly volume into the slider on our pricing page and compare the two prices.
