Create an API key in MailGraf
Open Settings, Integrations, Zapier and create a key named Zapier.

Pick the MailGraf trigger in Zapier
Start a Zap with a MailGraf trigger such as Contact Unsubscribed, and paste your key when asked.

Choose the Pipedrive action
Pick what should change in Pipedrive, map the fields and publish the Zap.
