Create an API key in MailGraf
Open Settings, Integrations, Zapier and create a key named Zapier.

Pick the MailGraf trigger in Zapier
Start a Zap with a MailGraf trigger such as Contact Unsubscribed, and paste your key when asked.

Choose the Google Sheets action
Pick what should change in Google Sheets, map the fields and publish the Zap.
